Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Shank Menu

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs.  Served in a Phyllo Dough.


Shrimp and Grits:  Peeled and Devained Shrimp, cooked in Garlic and Butter and Served on a Savory Grit cake made with Chicken Stock, Butter and Cheese.  



Course #2

Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup:  Freshmade Italian Sausage and Cheese Tortellini,  cooked in a vegetable broth, and finished with heavy cream.   

COURSE #3:

TS FORK House Salad:  Mixed Greens, served with Chopped Vegetables, Croutons and our House Dressing

Course #4

Bacon Wrapped Pork Shank: Fresh Pork Shank, slow Smoked, then Wrapped in Bacon and covered with our Own Sauce and Finished in a hot oven.


Mac and Cheese:  A TS FORK Tradition.  Macaroni, combined with a cheese sauce and a cream sauce.  Topped with Bread Crumbs
