Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs.  Served in a Phyllo Dough.







Course #2

Tomato Basil Bisque:  Fresh Roma Tomatoes, cooked with Butter, Basil and Garlic, then Pureed' with heavy cream to make a smooth Bisque.  Served with Cheese Toast

COURSE #3:

TS FORK House Salad:   Mixed Greens with Fresh veggies and our house dressing

Course #4

Roasted Beef Prime Rib:  Fresh Prime Graded, Prime Rib, Braised, then slow roasted at a low temp and finished in our cookshack smoker.  Served with our own Freshmade Au jus
