Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs.  Served in a Phyllo Dough.


Mini Hot Brown:  A Derby favorite made popular by the brown hotel in louisville.  This miniture version of a delicious combination of Roasted Turkey, Bacon, Roma Tomato and a Delicious sauce, served on a slider roll




Course #2

Kentucky  Homestead Chicken and Rice:   Fresh chicken, cooked with vegetables and Wild Rice

COURSE #3:

Derby Salad:  MIxed greens with Cranberrys and a special dressing 

Course #4

Fire Braised Short Ribs:  Fresh Beef Short Ribs slow cooked with a smooth bourbon glaze. A Special derby Day recipe.


Fresh Grilled Carrots with a Dill Sorghum Butter
