Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs.  Served in a Phyllo Dough.






Course #2

TS FORK French Onion Soup:

Our one-of-kind version of this delicious soup.   Fresh Sweet Onions, slow cooked with butter and garlic, then sauteed' with red and white wine, then combined with Beef and Chicken Stock.  Served with Gruyere Cheese on Top of our own Crouton.

COURSE #3:

TS FORK HOUSE SALAD:  FRESH MIXED GREENS  WITH FRESH VEGETABLE AND OUR SPECIAL HOUSE DRESSING AND CROUTON

Course #4

Beef Prime Rib:  Prime Beef seasoned and slow roasted, then finished in our cookshack smoker.  Served with our very own Au Jus


Gouda Smashed Potatoes:  Red Potatoes smashed with butter, cream and topped with smoked gouda cheese.







Course #5

Dessert: Ms. Pat's Fresh and delicious triple layer carrot cake.  OH so Good!!
