Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs.  Served in a Phyllo Dough.


Moonshine Beef Rib:  A big ole Boy. Beef Rib, Slow Cooked with a Moonshine Glaze




Course #2

Papa's Chicken and Dumplings:  Fresh Chicken, Sauteed in Butter, then cooked with a Few Veggies and Freshmade Dumplings

COURSE #3:

TS FORK HOUSE SALAD:  FRESH MIXED GREENS  WITH FRESH VEGETABLE AND OUR SPECIAL HOUSE DRESSING AND CROUTON

Course #4

Pork Porterhouse (Porkerhouse):  A One inch Thick, Fresh Pork Portherhouse slow Cooked in a Sous Vide, then finished on the Grill and Topped with a Fresh Peach Glaze.


Big Daddy Potatoes:  Russet Potatoes topped with Bacon, Cheese and Cream Sauce







Course #5

Dessert: Ms. Pat's Fresh Apple Pie with Caramel Sauce:  It's Dad's Favorite.  Fresh Apples Cooked with Ms. Pat's Pie Crust. Topped with TS FORK's Caramel Sauce.
