Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

Bourbon, Bacon and Butter Menu

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A TS FORK Original.  Farm Fresh Eggs with a Twist.  Served in a Phyllo Dough Cup

Course #2

Bacon and Cheddar Bisque: A rich mixture of Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Heavy cream and Chicken Stock

COURSE #3:

TS FORK House Salad:  Fresh Mixed Greens with Fresh Vegetables, Croutons and our Special Dressing

Course #4

Smoked and Roasted Kansas City Strip with Bourbon Sauce:  Slow roasted, Lightly Smoked, then seared on a hot grill and topped with bacon and a bourbon sauce


Twisted "Mac and Cheese":  An unusual combination of Pasta, Cheese, Bacon and a special sauce.
