Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

Premium Beef Tenderloin Birthday Menu

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs.  Served in a Phyllo Dough.


Shrimp and Grits: Our own creation of garlic satueed Shrimp service a delicious Grit cake made with Butter, Cream, Chicken Stock and Cheese.  Served with a special butter sauce




Course #2

French Onion Soup:  By request our savory French Onion soup features Vadalia Onions, Cooked with Butter, Garlic, seasonings, then slow cooked in a savory sauce of Chicken and Beef Stock and Red and White Wine slow cooked. Topped with our own crouton and Grand Cru Cheese

COURSE #3:

TS FORK House Salad:   Mixed Greens with Fresh veggies and our house dressing

Course #4

Roasted Beef Tenderloin:  Premium Beef Tenderloin, trimmed, seasoned, then seared on a flat top grill then slow cooked in the oven.  Topped with our own Demi Glace sauce.

Ms. Pat's delicious Cheesecake:  The original dessert we served on the first night we were open.  Almond Chocolate Chip Cheesecake!
