Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs.  Served in a Phyllo Dough.









Course #2

French Onion Soup:  By Request, an original unique recipe featuring Vadellia Onions cooked with butter, Garlic, Red wine and White Wine, then covered with Beef and Chicken Stock.  Served with Gruyere Cheese on a Crouton

COURSE #3:

TS FORK HOUSE SALAD:  FRESH MIXED GREENS  WITH FRESH VEGETABLE AND OUR SPECIAL HOUSE DRESSING AND CROUTON

Course #4

Roasted Beef Prime Rib: Fresh, Prime, Prime Rib, seared then Slow Roasted and Finished in Our Smoker.  Served with Au Jus and Horseradish


Savory Carrots:   Our own recipe of Fresh Carrots, Cut into Strips, then cooked with Bacon and Beef Stock
