Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs.  Served in a Phyllo Dough.







Course #2

Beer Bacon and Cheese Bisque:

A rich Cheese and Cream Sauce, with a Hint of Beer and Plenty of Bacon

COURSE #3:

Farmer's Wedge Salad:  a Hearty Salad featuring an iceburg Wedge with Fresh Veggies, Onion Straws and topped with our own Parmesan Peppercorn Ranch Dressing.  Served with our original croutons

Course #4

Roasted Beef Tenderloin:  Prime Beef Tenderloin, seasoned and slow roasted and served with a rich demi glace' sauce.


Big Daddy's Baked MACTATO:  This is our original Creation feature three amazing ingredients----Potato, Mac and Cheese and Bacon---We bake the potato, create the Mac and Cheese, stuff it in the potato, then wrap the potato with bacon.
