Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

Prime Rib Menu

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs.  Served in a Phyllo Dough.







Course #2

Minestrone Soup:  Our own version of this delicious creation.   Authentic Italian Sausage, cooked with fresh vegetables, Red Wine, Chicken Stock and Beef Stock.  Served with Rotini and topped with italalian Cheese

COURSE #3:

TS FORK HOUSE SALAD:  FRESH MIXED GREENS  WITH FRESH VEGETABLE AND OUR SPECIAL HOUSE DRESSING AND CROUTON

Course #4

Roasted Prime rib Beef Roast:  Seasoned, Braised then slow roasted.  Served with our fresh au Jus


Gouda Smashed Potates:  Russet Potatoes smashed with heavy cream, butter and smoked gouda cheese





Course #5

Dessert: Ms. Pat's Delicious Holiday Cheesecake.
