Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs.  Served in a Phyllo Dough.


Slow Roasted Beef Rib:  Seasoned and Pack with Brown Sugar and bourbon glaze, then slow cooked.






Course #2

Bacon, Potato and Corn Chowder:   Potatoes, cooked with Bacon, then combined with a rich corn and cream broth

COURSE #3:

TS FORK HOUSE SALAD:  FRESH MIXED GREENS  WITH FRESH VEGETABLE AND OUR SPECIAL HOUSE DRESSING AND CROUTON

Course #4

Pork Crown Roast:  a nine-Bone Pork Crown Roast, marinated, then packed with seasonings.  Served with a Rich Bourbon Sauce
