Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

TS FORK Deviled Eggs: A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs. Served in a Phyllo Dough.

MEATY Beef Back Rib: Seasoned Beef Back Rib, Slow Roasted, Sauced and Served on the Bone

Course #2

Pumpkin Bisque: A savory, Rich and Creamy Bisque made with warm Autumn spices and heavy cream

COURSE #3:

TS FORK House Salad: A combination of Mixed Greens, Fresh Cut Vegetable and our house dressing. Served with Homemade Croutons

Course #4

Pork Crown Roast: Roasted 10-Bone Pork Crown Roast, seasoned, Braised then Slow Roasted and Served on Top of Cornbread Dressing with a rich Pork Sauce.

Course #5

Ms. Pat's Delicious Texas Sheet Cake. Rich chocolate sheetcake with a delicious chocolate frosting and Pecans. We might even warm it up
