Our menus usually change every two weeks. Every meal is $45 unless it is otherwise noted. We encourage our guests to arrive a little before 6:30 pm in order to be seated in time for the introduction of the menu.

COURSE #1:

TS FORK Deviled Eggs:  A one of a kind twist on Deviled Eggs.  Served in a Phyllo Dough.


Prime Rib Sliders:  Roasted Prime Rib, Sliced and placed on a Slider bun and toppped with cheese and Aioli





Course #2

Mac and Cheese Soup:  Our own creation.  A rich cream sauce with four cheeses, bacon, Rotel and Macaroni

COURSE #3:

TS FORK HOUSE SALAD:  FRESH MIXED GREENS  WITH FRESH VEGETABLE AND OUR SPECIAL HOUSE DRESSING AND CROUTON

Course #4

Chicken Kiev:  Fresh Chicken Breast, stuffed with a flavor ball of cream cheese, sour cream, butter and herbs, then coated with our crushed croutons, then baked.  Served with a rich cream sauce.


Roasted Red Potatoes
